Fitness buff Milo Ventimiglia, clad in head-to-toe Nike, stretches out and jogs for a few miles on Sunday afternoon in Brentwood, Calif.
Check out his dragon tattoo on the calf of his left leg!
The 31-year-old Heroes hottie recently talked about his first car: “An ‘87 Toyota Tercel. It was a hand-me-down from my two older sisters. They both drove it, and then I got it. After that I told my dad, ‘I gotta get a truck.

“Peter is not quite himself,” the actor told OK! Magazine (US edition) about his character. “He really is influenced by the people around him and may be acting out of character.”
Milo was speaking outside a party held in Los Angeles to celebrate the forthcoming series premiere.
Other Heroes stars on the red carpet included Hayden Panettiere, Jack Coleman, Ali Larter, Masi Oka, Zachary Quinto, and Adrian Pasdar.
Meanwhile, Jack Coleman, who plays Hayden’s TV dad Noah Bennet in the show praised his on-screen daughter for the way she handles life in the media spotlight.
“Her poise is extraordinary,” he said. “I couldn’t handle her life as well as she does. There’s no way I could handle people saying the things about me that they say about her.”
The new third series of Heroes will hit US screens on September 22.

HE may be a real-life hero to his girlfriend, Hollywood starlet Hayden Panettiere, but actor Milo Ventimiglia will be just as happy to snuggle up to a koala in her absence
In town with his co-star Masi Oka to promote the Seven series Heroes, the small screen talents are trying to fit in some sight-seeing on their whirlwind two-day visit to Oz.
And topping the list of Aussie experiences is to get up close and personal with some furry friends.
“Masi wants to hug a wombat but I’d love to hold a koala. They sleep 22 hours a day, eat eucalyptus leaves and just hang out. I want to spend some time with that guy.” Ventimiglia said.
Heroes fans can meet the pair at JB Hi-FI in The Galeries Victoria, on George Street, Sydney, where they will be signing DVDs from 1.15pm today.
